  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify training gaps with measurable impact on the business
  • Write business requirements documents for training and documentation with senior partners across multiple subteams
  • Plan, develop short and long-term roadmaps, prioritize projects, and manage timelines and impact on concurrent training programs
  • Balance long-term programs with short turnaround demands
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports on training metrics, and present plans to continuously improve training effectiveness, and engagement
  • Review the final products developed by a team of vendor-based instructional designers
  • Identify innovation and process improvement opportunities; document processes to ensure smooth onboarding and operation for Training and Development team members

You have:

  • 8+ years in L&D, Technical Training, Technical Documentation or other related field with experience designing and implementing learning and communication strategies, process optimization initiatives, and technical programs for people at all levels
  • 5+ years of program management experience with complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
  • 2+ years' experience using Google Workspace
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity, problem solve, and build processes and structure as needed
  • Partner management skills, balancing our needs and those of the learners
  • Experienced writing concise documentation (e.g. business requirements, summary reports, project briefs), and delivering engaging presentations, often to senior leadership
  • A desire to continuously learn and guide business impact

We prefer:

  • Experience with learning management systems such as Cornerstone
  • Data analysis skills, measuring Return on investment of Training
