Waymo’s Research team is a mission-driven group of industry experts focused on developing impactful machine learning solutions to address open problems in the autonomous driving space. Our research is critical to ensuring Waymo vehicles can safely operate in many cities and under all driving conditions, and often has larger applications in AI, ML, and robotics. As part of our work, we initiate and foster collaboration with other research teams in Alphabet.
