You will / 業務内容: 

• Lead Waymo's marketing strategy for the Japanese market across brand, product positioning, and audience targeting, overseeing all facets of marketing execution in partnership with our Global Brand, Growth, Creative, and Media teams / ブランディング、プロダクトのポジショニング、オーディエンス ターゲティングの全領域において日本市場向けの Waymo のマーケティング戦略を主導し、グローバル ブランド、グロース、クリエイティブ、メディアの各チームと連携してマーケティング活動のあらゆる側面を監督する

• With our Japan-based agenices, build resonate integrated campaigns, guiding creative, media strategy, budget, and performance management / 日本を拠点とする代理店と連携して、ターゲットの心をつかむ統合キャンペーンを立ち上げ、クリエイティブ、メディア戦略、予算管理、パフォーマンス管理を指導する

• Establish and implement co-marketing guidelines, working closely with local partners to drive Waymo awareness, trust, and ridership / 共生マーケティングのガイドラインを策定および実施し、現地のパートナーとの緊密な連携により Waymo の認知度、信頼性を高め、利用者数の拡大を図る

• Leverage consumer research, cultural context, competitive dynamics, and product feedback to guide Waymo's marketing strategy and creative direction over time / 消費者調査、文化的背景、競合他社の動向、プロダクトに関するフィードバックなどの情報を活用して、長期にわたり Waymo のマーケティング戦略とクリエイティブの方向性を指導する

• Collaborate with Waymo Product, Operations, Policy, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment on how the product is messaged, managed, and scaled effectively for long-term success / Waymo のプロダクト、オペレーション、ポリシー、規制担当の各チームと協力して、プロダクトのメッセージング、管理、長期的な成功に向けた効率的なスケーリングに関して整合性を確保する
• Over time, recruit, hire, and oversee a high-performing Japan-based team / 段階的に、日本を拠点とするハイ パフォーマンスなチームのリクルーティング、雇用、監督を担う

You have / 必要な条件/経験:

• 15+ years in brand, product, and/or partner marketing within a B2C tech or app-based company / B2C テクノロジー企業またはアプリ主体の企業における、ブランディング、プロダクト、またはパートナー マーケティングの実務経験 15 年以上 
• Proven experience driving customer adoption of new or complex consumer products / 新規または複雑なコンシューマー向け製品の導入促進実績
• Deep expertise with the Japan consumer landscape, especially a strong understanding of local consumer needs, culture, and creative / 日本の消費者事情に関する深い専門知識（特に日本国内の消費者ニーズ、文化、クリエイティブに対する深い理解
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English, with the ability to communicate and persuade at the executive-level / ネイティブ レベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力（経営幹部レベル相手に説得力のあるコミュニケーションが図れる能力）
• Experience manaing agencies, setting KPIs, and leading marketing campaigns with accountability for budget and results / 予算管理および成果に対する責任を負い、代理店管理、KPI の設定、マーケティング キャンペーンを主導した経験
• Willingness to travel at least quarterly to the San Francisco Bay Area for training and collaboration with Global team / 研修およびグローバル チームとの連携構築のため、サンフランシスコ ベイエリアへの四半期に 1 回以上の出張が可能であること

We prefer / 望ましい経験/スキル:

• Experience at a ride-hailing, automotive, mobility, or marketplace company / 配車サービス、自動車、モビリティ、またはマーケットプレイスの各産業での実務経験
• Experience launching or scaling products in international markets, ensuring brands reinforce global brand values while resonating with local audiences / 国際市場におけるプロダクトのリリースまたは規模拡大を遂行し、世界的なブランド価値を確固たるものにしつつ、ローカル ユーザーの共感を得た実績
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution in a dynamic, early-stage or evolving market environment / 変化の激しい初期段階または発展途上にある市場環境において、長期的な戦略策定と現場での実務遂行を両立させる能力
• A portfolio of impactful, consumer-facing marketing campaigns targeted towards Japanese audiences / 日本のユーザーを対象とした、インパクトのある消費者向けマーケティング キャンペーンのポートフォリオ
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide high-performing agencies and teams / 優れたリーダーシップ スキルと、ハイ パフォーマンスな代理店やチームを指導する能力
• Impactful communication, negotiation, and people management skills / 効果的なコミュニケーション、交渉、人材管理のスキル
