In this hybrid role, you will report to Head of Fleet Development & Service Quality.

You will: 業務内容

•  Leverage in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting expertise to address complex issues outside of documented standard operating procedures. Engage with Waymo Engineering teams and OEM partners to resolve concerns;

You have: 必須条件:

• Bilingual - competent speaking and writing both Japanese and English; バイリンガル - 日本語と英語の両方で会話と文章作成が可能な方
• 5+ years experience in an automotive technician or automotive engineering role; 
• 自動車整備士または自動車エンジニアリング職で 5 年以上の経験を有している方
• Mastery of automotive diagnostic strategies, service methods, and tools covering electrical, including high voltage powertrains, mechanical, and networking (e.g. CAN), 
• 自動車診断戦略、サービス手法、および電気系（高電圧パワートレインを含む）、機械系、ネットワーク系（例: コントローラ エリア ネットワーク）を網羅するツールを習得されている方
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes,

We prefer: 歓迎条件:

• Class 1 national auto mechanic license; 1 級自動車整備士の国家資格をお持ちの方
• Experience building or servicing autonomous vehicles or technology; 自動運転車または自動運転技術の開発経験または整備経験がある方
• Experience administering technical training; 技術研修の実施経験がある方
• Experience designing, improving, and deploying operational processes using change management best practices;
