  • Set the roadmap for global expansion by ensuring all documentation is "market-ready," enabling new regions to achieve successful launches with high learning proficiency and safety outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and regional ops teams to ensure that localized content meets the specific safety-critical and regulatory needs of each unique market.
  • Own the quality and integrity of translated technical content, ensuring that "translation" never comes at the expense of technical accuracy or safety compliance.

You have:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume documentation portfolios (100+ assets) across multiple regions, with a focus on maintaining version control and content parity.
  • Expert knowledge of localization tools (TMS) and methodologies, with a deep understanding of how to adapt technical SOPs and IKBs for international audiences.

  • Strong expertise in managing global vendors and extended workforces to deliver high-quality localized content within budget and on schedule.
