  • Standardize Market Execution: Ensure operational consistency across the network while accommodating local regulatory and partner requirements
  • Lead Operational Enablement: Drive scalable execution through standardized onboarding models and operational performance expectations
  • Drive Infrastructure Readiness: Ensure infrastructure, depot readiness, and energy capacity support operational demand and enable maximum commercial fleet utilization
  • Maximize Commercial Fleet Availability: Design processes and operational frameworks that ensure vehicles spend the maximum time delivering commercial service miles
  • Resolve Systemic Gaps: Identify operational, infrastructure, or energy constraints that impact performance and drive alignment to resolve them proactively
  • Direct Network Expectations: Provide clear guidance on operational and infrastructure standards to ensure consistent execution across all operating regions
  • Leverage Operational Insights: Use operational and infrastructure performance trends to inform continuous improvement and long-term operational maturity
  • Plan for Future Scale: Work cross-functionally to anticipate infrastructure, utilities, and operational needs 18–24 months ahead to support future market growth

You have:

  • 10+ years in operations leadership, infrastructure planning, or program management within AVs, ride-hailing, mobility, logistics, or energy/infrastructure operations
  • Experience designing operational frameworks and execution models for multi-market services
  • Experience working across infrastructure, utilities, or energy planning to support operational fleet readiness
  • Ability to represent frontline operational needs to product, engineering, infrastructure, and strategy stakeholders
  • Proven track record of integrating customer experience, reliability, and fleet performance into operational standards
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills to balance operational demand with infrastructure capacity
